By accessing or using Convira, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Convira provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows you to create, train, and deploy conversational agents on your websites. The service includes chatbot creation, training data management, lead capture, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to: spread misinformation, create chatbots that impersonate real people without consent, engage in harassment or discrimination, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to train your chatbots. By uploading content, you grant Convira a license to process and store that content for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you upload.

6. API Keys

Certain features require you to provide your own API keys (e.g., OpenAI). You are responsible for the costs associated with using these third-party services and must comply with their respective terms of service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Free Trial

Pro, Max, and Scale plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required before your trial begins. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancelling During Trial

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and your chatbot will become unavailable to visitors. Your account data will be preserved and you can resubscribe at any time to restore access.

After Trial Ends

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged for the selected plan. Your chatbot will remain active and accessible to visitors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Convira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to inaccurate chatbot responses, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
